These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iScale Easy Support AI application (the "App"). By installing and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of the App
iScale Easy Support AI is a Shopify application that helps merchants manage customer emails using artificial intelligence. The App connects to your Shopify store and your email account (such as Gmail) to categorize messages, suggest replies, and display customer information.
2. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Any content sent or approved through the App.
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations when communicating with your customers.
- Reviewing and confirming AI-generated replies before sending them (where applicable).
3. Google and Gmail Access
If you connect a Gmail account, the App will access your emails only as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke the App’s access to your Gmail account at any time via your Google Account settings.
4. Billing and Use Through Shopify
Any fees for using the App are managed and billed through Shopify’s billing system. By installing the App, you agree to the applicable charges, if any, as displayed in the Shopify App Store listing.
5. Changes to the App and to These Terms
We may update or modify the App at any time, including adding, changing, or removing features. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
